“Meditate On”

Meditate on three things or three people you’re grateful for. Put energy into that. Meditate on who you can serve and how you can serve. Put energy into that. Meditate on three things you can do to improve your health or your diet today. Put energy into that.  There’s so much you can do to make this world brighter, lighter and better. Put energy into that.
