“420 Mediation”

Take time to both think, and to get away from thoughts. Thinking can bring your mind to new heights, but it can be dangerous, and you have to take precautions, because we all over think. You should both meditate to get out of your mind, and meditate on thoughts that need your attention. Choose a short period of time in your day to think about something you can’t get out of your mind, and let it go for the rest.  Keep yourself busy with things, such as passions, to relieve thoughts. Meditation is a key to happiness, and it doesn’t always have to be breathing and coming back to one source… it could be as simple as spending time in nature, reading a book, or perhaps both.  Anything that takes you away from your mind is a form of meditation.
