If someone insults you, and you feel hurt that you are living the ‘effect’ of someone else’s choice, but if you choose not to react, you become the ‘cause’ of your life. A “Free” person lives as a ‘cause’ an “Enslaved” person lives as the ‘effect.’ The choice is ours.”
