Inner Work: This week is about learning how to set clear boundaries in different areas of your life. Boundaries are needed in order to prevent overwhelming feelings such as stress, anxiety, and burnout from taking over your life. Not only that, but boundaries allow you to assert your natural needs and priorities in a clear way that prevents codependency and over-extending yourself. In needy or toxic relationships or connections, boundaries give you space to breathe and stay present. Boundaries are vital for every healthy and happy adult. Focus on saying no, drawing a clear line, and preserving your energy. You have the right to decide who and what is/isn’t allowed into your space.
