As women, we’ve had very powerful positions through the course of time.  In the ancient world, some of the most successful, prosperous, healthy, thriving civilizations were ones where women had high leadership positions.  In ancient Egypt for example, the King ruled, but the Queen reigned.  She was considered to be the direct source of wisdom and a great power to the Throne.  Queen Mother was a coveted position.  She had great authority because the royal lineage came through her.  There was the Great Oracle and the High Priestess– women who were consulted by the greatest of the greats.  They were considered to be great prophets and seers.  Their Divine intuition and wise council steered nations.  –Molesey Crawford
